Governor Newsom announced on July 13th that effective immediately the following business types must CLOSE ALL INDOOR OPERATIONS. Fitness centers, worship services, protests, offices for non-essential sectors, personal care services like nail salons, body waxing, and tattoo parlors, hair salons and barbershops, and Malls.

Dial-A-Ride transports passengers between any two  points within the City limits of Agoura Hills and the Malibu Lake area.  There are also trips Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, and Oak Park and Appointment Based Destinations to Woodland Hills for an increased fare.

Hours of Operation: 7:00 am - 7:00pm (Monday - Friday)

Dial-A-Ride Fares:  

Agoura Hills/Malibu Lake/Unincorporated LA County Areas: $1.50 per on way trip
Appointment Based Destinations and Westlake Village/Thousand Oaks/Oak Park Areas: $3.00 per one way trip

Appointment Based Destinations include: 

Westlake Village: Certain destinations beyond Lindero Canyon Boulevard

Thousand Oaks: Civic Arts Plaza, DMV, Janss Marketplace, Los Robles Hospital, Medical facilites, The Oaks Mall, Senior Concerns; T.O. Auto Mall, Westlake Village Promenade, Kaiser, Social Security Office

Oak Park: Mall at Kanan Rd/Lindero Canyon

*Woodland Hills: Target (Ventura Blvd), Kaiser Permanente; MTA Bus Stop on Oxnard/Owensmouth

*Appointments must be made the day prior.

Appointment Based outbound times: 9am; 11am; 1pm; 3pm; 5pm

Appointment Based return times: 9:30am; 11:30am; 1:30pm; 3:30pm; 5:30pm

NOTE:  Dial-A-Ride is a SHARED general public ride experience; Dial-A-ride service cannot be used for transportation needs of students to attend school.

Park & Ride/Commuter Express

Commuter Express is a fast, comfortable way to get from Newbury Park to Downtown Los Angeles. The local Park & Ride lots are located at the intersection of Kanan & Canwood and Kanan & Roadside. For more information, visit the Park & Ride Information Database.

Summer Beach Bus -

The Summer Beach Bus runs each and every summer! The Beach Bus services also work with the Junior Lifeguard program and have specific agreements in place to provide transportation for participants within our region.

Ride to Malibu for just $2.00...

The Summer Beach Bus Program transports from 3 pick-up locations in Agoura Hills to Zuma Beach in Malibu!  Bring a photo ID (Driver's License, School ID, or a home-made emergency contact card will suffice) and your exact change of $2.00 each way!  Don't forget your towel, boogie boards, and beach toys, too! 

Please be at the pick-up location 5-10 minutes before the scheduled time so you don't miss it!

No loud music allowed on the bus.  No foul language.  Must stay seated.  No smoking, eating, or drinking on the bus.  No littering out the bus.  Please store your beach equipment in the under bus storage area. 

All ages are welcome, however, this program is "public transportation" and does not offer supervision.
